When items get lost during shipping you have 30 days form the original estimated delivery date to submit a claim.
Any claims deemed an error on us will be reviewed and handled promptly.
Unfortunately, there isn't much we can do if you provide us with the wrong shipping address. Although, we will work with you to aid in the recovery process as much as we can.
All Buyer's Remorse claims will be reviewed independently. Some of our products contain safety seals and cannot be returned once unsealed. Some items can be exchanged or returned depending on the circumstances.
